"I had insurance there for 2-3 years. They were nice enough when I was giving them my money. So much so that they were awful when trying to cancel.

One of their representatives called me randomly and asked me if I wanted to start my renters insurance that should of been started a month prior. So I got a new insurance agency, because that is literally their job, to give me insurance. When I called to cancel, they gave me this spiel about how I was covered and how it wasnt their fault it was just stuck in the system. They kept repeating it wasnt their fault, or I misunderstood the representative. All while delaying the actual cancelation of my insurance. I had to hang up on the numerous times and call back because they would go on tangents on not wanting to lose me as a customer, but yet not taking responsibility.

I didnt need the lecture of who was at fault or the hassle of canceling my insurance. Train your people better, take responsibility of your/your system's mistakes, and listen to your customers."
